Transaction Tax will be redistributed to each pool to recapture platform and repository value back to the various stakeholders in a sustainable and scalable way.

Pool	Tax Allocation

1. CS2E

   • Returning value to the crowdsource community, a key to fostering a scalable data repository

2. Treasury

   • Operating expenses for consistent development and service expansion

3. Community/Ecosystem

   • Remaining amount after all other distribution will be allocated to Community/Ecosystem to address various stakeholders

4. Referral Program

   • Returning value directly to the data owners for their diligent crowdsourcing activities based on the Referral Program and Reputation system

5. Quest Owner

   • Incentive scheme for quest owners to foster well thought-out data specifications to strengthen the data repository quality and quantity
